Justin is an aerospace engineer supporting the Campaign Analysis Team (CAT) within SMAB. His primary role is cost analyst, performing parametric cost estimation for space exploration hardware to support lunar and Mars architectures. He also supports NASA’s Langley Research Center independent cost estimation (ICE) efforts for project cost validation.
